Gave me some time to kill at work. Mr. and Mrs. Busa felt like they could trust the owners. The moto community will have you feeling that way sometimes. I do not like the way GPF owner or AJ handled this at all. AJ couldn't come up with the funds and there wasn't a non-refundable clause. Feelings don't matter too much, but I feel that the owner should find a way to get the Busa's their money back, or AJ should be held liable to get them their money back.

Interesting to see the Busa's and AJ both listed as Plaintiffs though, right? Seems like a 2 parter to me: AJ bailed on the purchase, AND GPF won't refund the down payment. They spent the money, upped the purchase price, and pushed the Busa's out.

Anyone see any of the drama from the tomahawk pit bike race involving AJ? For a guy touting so much wealth, anyone else find it weird for him to sign up and race a money pit bike race to try to make a couple thousand? Seems weird to me. And the 20 minute long video he posted walking through his uncle’s barn sized shrine talking about how shredded he was made me cringe.

We may see things differently, but the way I see it personally, is: If you are going in on a business or property with somebody else and you get them to put their part of the money down and put themselves at risk, because you have said you have your part of the money all taken care of and you'll do this and that and blah blah... all the while you know full well you do not have your part of the money and you are trying, and failing, to get that money from elsewhere... that is a scam.

As of recently, he's used some of our content (race footage and practice footage from SMX my staff shot) on his social media. Using it to break down techniques, promote himself, etc. Hit him up about it asking where to send invoices if he's going to keep using our content...he refuses to take it down and is still running with it.

Man I sure hope for you and your family when you’re able to tell your story , that it ends with you getting back what’s fair. I learned a long time ago you can know someone for years as a stand up person but when shit hits the fan their true colors show. A long time ago I took a chance and moved my family for a career opportunity with a company run by someone considered the best in the biz. And we all know how a narcissist works.... Par for the course. My son made a comment he didn't like AJ a year or so ago, and wouldn't train with him if it was free. About 10 minutes into the video he made at GPF (that has been removed), I understood why.....But hey, we all are entitled to our own opinions. GPF track looks sweet after I took a peek at it last week. May send the boy over there Saturday and let him ride it...

"Our biggest lesson learned was do not announce before contract closing no matter what." Really, that's the biggest lesson? If so, you're too focused on marketing class. You really need to repeat the business class (or take it for the first time). Biggest lesson should have been to meet your commitments to your partner no matter what or don't make them to begin with.
