He really is an ego maniac. Everything he says is a subtle dig at the rider he’s critiquing or worded in the most subtle brag toward himself and hyper critical of the other person. It’s so difficult to watch…I’m not sure if he just lacks the self awareness? I love the info itself and it’s informative but man he rarely says anything positive about others.

AJ is a self-serving egomaniac, and if that "screw-up" with GPF was what you say it was, his (and his "teams") PUBLIC response would be much different. I hate to state the obvious, but your posts make it seem like you are in the circle...the damage has been done, your rose-colored perspective here isn't going to change anything.

Honest about his abilities? His "honesty" about his abilities has included the fact if he was able to train and practice he'd be as good as anybody. Maybe I am being too judgmental, BUT the GPF debacle says a lot more about AJ as a human than his scripted and always self-serving YouTube videos and Instagram posts do. This board doesn't tend to agree on much, so when the vast majority of people have the same opinion on something....I'd say it's more truth than "shitting" on someone. You really think AJ is going to make things right about the GPF...

That's not how this works in Business Mergers and Acquisitions.... There are not 3 parties here, just two. Entity A (perhaps an LLC) purchases something from Entity B. If Entity A defaults (does not fulfill commitments), the terms of the contract are enforced. In this case Entity A is the partnership between AJ and the other gentlemen. Ostensibly the default is due to AJ not meeting his financial commitments on the deal and the terms of the contract are that all monies are forfeited if default occurs. We may see things differently, but the way I see it personally, is: If you are going in on a business or property with somebody else and you get them to put their part of the money down and put themselves at risk, because you have said you have your part of the money all taken care of and you'll do this and that and blah blah... all the while you know full well you do not have your part of the money and you are trying, and failing, to get that money from elsewhere... that is a scam.
