Jwoods126, Between depositions, settlement discussions, and maybe an actual trial you will have plenty of chances to discuss this, to the point you will be sick of it. what advantage can you gain discussing it here? It is probably not going to repair any damage to your reputation you feel has happened as a result of all this. does it really matter what vitards think about it? Hope to see you when it is "resolved".

Is it just me or does the other business partner sound like a crazy moto dad with too much money. Seems a bit extreme to sue GPF for a problem that seems to be caused by AJ.

8/21/2023 11:39am What makes you think there wasn’t a contract. We had a very detailed and thorough contract that left GPF protected. Unfortunately the partner is the one who really got screwed here but this story isn’t over yet!

This is 100% correct. If he ever does get a place. He will quickly realize how much money it cost to maintain all the shit. Every time a track on a a dozer turns over it’s burning dollars bills and a lot of them.
