6/20/2019 11:46am Yes it's of center and the front disc nearly tutsch caliper bracket so lathe the spacer so disc will center in the bracket 👍

Yup do what he ^ says. Around the beginning of the year Pro Circuit did the deal of the week on the Yamaha Upper & Lower triple clamps for the 2004 YZ's. I snagged them of course to do the SSS swap on my 2002 YZ125. I used 2011 YZ250F Forks. You're going to run into issues with the steering stops using the YZ450F Clamps unless you have someone weld larger frame stops, but if you wanted to know a 2007 450 will have the Long Stem that the YZ250's use. 3/20/2019 12:44am It works with modification on drum and selectors, shims 2 mm on each side and drill with 4 mm 60 degree anti clock 
for a new pin to locating the drum for neutral, then use two washer on each side for trust the bearings, use the 250 selectorpins on the 450 four speed selectors voilaa ,

I understand. My point was that WR426 gears fit in the YZ250, and that I think they also fit in the early YZ450. If that's the case, the YZ450 gears should also fit in the YZ250. Thumper Talk would be a great resource for you to check on, they tend to have a higher collection of tech than Vital.

1/14/2019 8:55am You will need the 04 triple clamp , last year steel frame and first year with 48 mm forks , 07- caliper mount bracket and breakline aswell frontaxle with wheel spacer !

1/14/2019 8:05am Putting esr 325 kit on and with more torch the greater gearwith for stronger gearbox will minimize failure and less shifting , I understand it must include drumselector and selectorforks in the ansembly .

1/5/2019 2:35pm Buy 04 and your 06 forks fit right in 04 clamps , 04 was first year with 48mm forks so check it's 48mm , 02-03 have 46mm kayabas !
