I think I´m developing an addiction..
I was going to buy a frame and some engine parts for my CR480 -83, and this followed me home, along with the frame and some boxes of engine parts..
It is built around 13yrs ago but never ridden, i am very tempted to finnish the build and take it for a spin, but im not sure, maybe i like it too much..
The problem is its not legal in twinshock class here in Sweden, only Honda parts up to -80 or from other approved bike is legal, so the engine+fork+swingarm(i think) and maybe the wheels are not legal. that is also the reason the bike was never compleated and ridden.
So maybe i build it back to original and put the 480 engine on the shelf as a spare for my 83, but im very tempted to ride it as is

Have fun with the build.
The shocks are crap, they are only there as mockup.
Its built for Maico shocks 390mm (490 -81 i guess) and all I got are longer 445 and 470mm.
Does anyone know the stroke of Maico 490 -81 shocks?
