It's evident that this was not a frivolous claim as some are saying. There would be no settlement if there weren't gross negligence; clearly, the other party admitted fault. It's as simple as that. So many people are quick to judge the situation because of a social stigma, but I also bet that most of the people saying negative things would have done the same thing if their kid had been involved. You must be a joy to be around. I don’t like tracks getting sued either but if other moto guys say something is sketchy, it’s sketchy. If they were told and saw crashes and didn’t change that.
