Probably the same thing but also look into Terry fork kits. I ran the Terry rods in my 78 YZ125 and they made a big difference. Basically they revalve the forks action by moving the oil holes around and change the flow pattern.

This has been an issue with YZ's for a long time. My 2001 pinged bone stock with rich jetting. It even pings with a 50/50 race gas mix. We can buy 100 octane race gas at most gas stations here in Charlotte and the 100 octane gas stops the ping.

I dug the box out and the part number 06420-kz4-j40 is for the shorter outer rear spoke and I have 13 of these with the nipple still in the Honda bag......and a butt load out of the bag in both inner, outer & nipples.
