What really matters is what’s the vital blame pie? Also, I’m waiting for the vital physicists to chime in. What’s the angle and trajectory of deflection of a launching Jett off a tough block when its center of mass is changed by its compressed forks and shock with built up kinetic energy? The unknown variable in this equation would be how many donuts were on board the Jett when it took off? Can someone draw me a diagram…with two sad faces?

I like that idea. I’ve always thought that lappers could be black flagged but that’s just cruel. To finish them with a few laps to go would be perfect. Will never happen though. “Their race matters too” is a common argument. Reality is, it doesn’t matter.

I’ve been a long time advocate of lappers getting the fuck out of the way and not affecting the leaders what-so-ever. There’s strong support that leaders need to “find a way around the lapper” But in SX where passing opportunities can be few and far between, it can be unfairly advantageous amongst a battle and robbing the fans of a good race. Rule should be, get the fuck out of the way. No one impartial watching the race cares about your battle for 14th.

What “other” laws do you feel it’s ok to break to free up time for them to address the “more serious” crimes or is riding off road vehicles recklessly through city streets endangering innocent motorists and pedestrians the only one you are OK with???

Forker needs to keep doing what he has been doing--staying off the ground. It's hard to sit out this many races, have this many injuries, some of them very serious, and be on pace for 30+2 twice. I hope he just finishes out the season slowly building. I imagine this is a bit of an ego check for him, which is probably a good thing.

I’ve been saying it for 2 decades. Nationals are over watered/disked. Multiple ruts doesn’t mean the track isn’t one lined. On the contrary, most of the time only 1 rut is good. Something Jody never understood for Glen Helen. The best prep job at GH was at the “World Cup” in 02. I really enjoyed seeing the guys in Lakewood having freedom to change lines.
