I just booked / planned a vacation for the family (it’s been a tradition) to Disneyland in California. Flights / hotels / tickets. Now you have to have a speed pass, but not just a speed pass, a lightning pass premium. Wish were were going to Loretta’s, heck I would pay entry fees just to spectate. Judge Brazil was an excellent Federal Magistrate when he was on the bench and is a very respected arbitrator and mediator. They'll have a judgment out of this, which can be used for an extended period of time to attach property he's hidden or gets in the future. Interest will run on the judgment amount until it's paid. But, yes, a judgment where there are no assets makes it hard to collect.

A thief was ordered to pay me restitution of $1,200 about 15 years ago. I still get checks from the court on his behalf. They are anywhere from $8 up to about $75. If he owed me a million, I'd still be getting the same checks.
