So much nicer than the plastic cover. it was $80 bucks to do it. I assume most places would be about the same.

It's powder coated. Place is in Southbridge Mass does a great job inexpensive too.

I've heard of some people having issues with the oem tensioner, I put a dirt tricks tensioner in mine and I'm at 81hrs all working great. But I would check the chain guide as well to make sure it's not worn out

8/5/2019 11:53am SGB Racing is looking for sponsors. they are out of Maryland. Jason who owns SGB says it will cost about $200,000 to put the team through supercross for next year 2020.(2 450 riders and 1 amature rider) He says, obviously no single sponsor covers the total funds needed to race the team but every bit helps in any denomination. https://www.sgb-racing.com/...

7/31/2019 5:46am I know a scanner would be sooo helpful! I have a matco MaxMe scanner but that only has subscriptions for cars and trucks. If KTM becomes available through a scan tool I would DEF jump on that. I did purchase the CD also got one for the 2018 KTM 150sx too. Thanks guys for all your input!! Much appreciated!! This...

Like paw paw said, you can purchase the CD from any dealer. And actually, the newer CDs are much easier to navigate and read and are much more clear than they use to be. I use them pretty much every day. As far as the KTM scanners go, there’s not one on the market that will really communicate with the bikes. KTM supplies us dealers with their own scanners and that’s about all. Snap on has a new scanner than communicates with most motorcycles, but not KTM...yet.

I think I found one at www.ktm-parts.com they also had a scan tool listed for $2151.77 but aside from the pricey tag it had no description with it to ensure I could use it...

Its not difficult. Service manuals are available at almsot every dirtbike retailer. Scanners... dunno about KTM. kawi and yamaha have ones you can buy/have a free app

You will need to purchase the CD from the dealer for your bike. Understand that the CD also has many other bikes on it too and thus can be confusing and hard to use. No printed service manuals are available for your bike. Paw Paw
