If there's any riders or team members stranded and absolutely needs to get to Washougal from the Western US shoot me a PM. I have access to a TBM 960 which would take 4-5 passengers comfortably with gear. The aircraft is based in CA.

I couldn't resist the TBI motor on the new huskies so I built up one for the 2023 season. It's ridiculous that "motivation" for buying is even brought up. This is exactly what the rule is for. It's pretty obvious they went the intimidation route. I hope someone claims every Yamaha star's bike from now till eternity

Matthes tweeted that these races are planned to take place in Atlanta and Austin, Texas at COTA. So we can instantly laugh about the global and "world championship" part of this. I get the frustration, but there is a lot of misinformation in here. Oil is priced globally, not per country. The quantity of oil that the U.S. imports has little to no effect on the price we pay for crude oil, since there is one global market for crude oil. Even if the U.S. produced all the oil it needed, U.S. consumers would pay the global price. The quality of the crude oil, and matching that type to refineries probably plays the most significant role in determining whether the crude is imported or not. I feel like we likely still...
