You can absolutely tell when a pass will happen. On the rider position graphic on the side of the screen it shows gaps between riders, you can literally see one rider catching another over multiple segments/laps. Eventually the race order changes and then we get a replay of the pass, meanwhile we were watching some dude ride around on his own

Nobody is ONLY complaining about missing the Sexton crash, so stop picking ONE thing and trying to make your point. Do people love to bitch? Of course. Is the broadcast and production pretty terrible and needs a dramatic change? Also yes. Don't try to pull the "back in my day" card either, I'm from the Cycle News generation, I understand live coverage every week is a huge improvement. Doesn't mean the ACTUAL coverage and production is good. It's not. It's not even close. Last week even the LIVE ANNOUNCERS were actively trying to pull the producer back to what was...

The best part of the interview was Brayton saying he would like to call the races or be involved full time. He would crush it in RC's spot. Let's go Feld! In Weege's defense, he did validate the issue with Race Day Live and was trying to point out there is no way to predict when a rider will crash or a pass will happen. He is not wrong and did not say it was all perfect in any way, If that's what you heard, pull the carrots from your ears.

When Jett crossed the finish line in the main, they showed him riding to the podium, showed a photo of him, then cut to commercial. Nothing else of the 250 main was showed

Weege brought up MotoGP and Nascar as examples of them "also not catching all the action live" but they have quality replays. I think Nascar and MotoGP must have cameras on each racer because they never miss a pass/crash replay. Supercross will be like "look at the top of the screen and you can see a blurry version of the crash if you squint hard."

Silly, how do you know the winner might not crash going to the podium, we must follow them!

I was hoping the caller was going to bring up how they cut away immediately after the first three riders or so cross the finish in the heat, and how we’re left guessing who all made it into the last few transfer spots.

Listening to this weeks Pulp show, found it interesting the difference between JBs answer/comment to callers question about broadcast vs Weege. WEege was defensive and pretty much said it can't get better. Spotters are looking for action, himself many times, and you "can't predict what's going to happen." Sounds eerily similar to DCs comments about Bondo, there is no one more capable...You could tell JB didn't want to ruffle feathers but at least he did comment that "improvements could be made." Steve was also very defensive of the broadcast. He jabs JT, Blair and others on "selling out" while at...

The FBI admitted they paid Twatter almost 3.5 mil to suppress info about Hunter and generally sway public sentiment leading up to 2020 and then turned around and said it was pretty much business as usual and “conspiracy theorists” were the problem. Yeah…nothing to see here. 🤦

I don’t trust Hannity anymore than any talking head from CNN. The media is a tool against the people, it’s big business.

Immediately after the race win Saturday night, I saw Eli’s wife and kid with him. Last week, I saw Cooper’s wife and kid in the same spot. Ferrandis has his wife at every race. Mathilde is always with Marv. Mrs22 same thing. —>Craig’s are just more public because of the vlog.

Yeah i get what you're saying but so far he did this since his first kid was born and it seems like every team has no issues with it?

I think having his kids and wife with him at all times HAS to be a distraction. Husky isn't paying him to use the team semi as a daycare or have him and the team employees losing focus of the job they're paid to do with kids running amuck and cameras everywhere. I'm sure Husky doesn't care about the satisfaction his wife gets from the likes their vlogs get. I feel for Christian because I'd want to keep Paige happy too 😂. But he's 31 and needs to make these next 2 years count. You don't see the top guys...

He also won a 250 title when his wife was around him all the time. I think he is just improving and is mentally believing in himself more and more. Looking at the podcast with Gypsy tales, you could tell he was a bit overwhelmed the first few races. I know he gets a lot of slack for riding a 250 so long, but if you look at it objectively you can tell he is a good dad and husband, and he took lessons from his early life to make sure his kids will be raised in a different environment...

Everytime the topic of a guy bringing his wife, girlfriend, or family to their job and adding another distraction to deal with instead of the task at hand. I think of a quote from the Confucius of mma Nick Diaz. He was once asked why his girlfriend was never at his fights? He simply responded with "When a ninja is sitting in a fucking tree waiting to kill some shit, he doesn't have his girlfriend there." No need for a long drawn out answer. The wise Nick Diaz summed it up in 20 words.
