This is such a head scratcher on how brain dead people come off, even after listening to part 3. None of these people in the industry understand the reason of the rule. Bobby says everyone has $40,000 - $50,000 bikes so the rule needs to be updated. Is that accurate or should teams/owners just understand it's an amateur race and calm down on the crazy parts? I would like to see the rule changed that at Loretta Lynn's, anyone can claim a bike anytime for any reason. I don't agree that it needs to be a claim from someone in the same class. I think that opens it up to this type of intimidation we have now. I think this would also allow for a lot more accountability for these factory teams putting amateurs on factory equipment. I don't think people realize how much civil lawsuits cost or that only in rare cases in America does one recoup the legal fees incurred to make the claim. You'd be deposing everyone, including the different people who have made content interviewing parties. I can't even imagine the costs just for cell phone ediscovery. I can't tell you how many times people want blood, are convinced they need to make someone pay, and then start blanching when the $10,000 to $50,000 bills per month start flowing. Taking this to trial would probably be a couple hundred grand per party...
