Then there's some members who want to speculate and guess what riders are doing in between motos by filling in blank spaces. I've still seen zero evidence that James Stewart was using an iv between motos.

No signs point to it other than what people choose to see. The op added layers to the rumor that GuyB said he did not hear. Now you have conflicting reports, no real solid information, and nonetheless, people throwing out accusations saying that all signs point towards cheating. I'll gladly answer your question so as to shed a plausible reason...

I would argue that James Stewart was faster in SX in 2005, 2006, and 2007 than RC. Do you remember Stewart jumping over an entire whoop section with Chad Reed right behind him? Reed didn't do that and must have been stunned watching Stewart do it. I think that is RJ's point when talking about Stewart.

Where did Steve say that? That's the same type of logic used by the RV naysayers when discussing doping. I doubt Matthes would be willing to carry that train of thought over when discussing that topic.

I agree with RJ on this one. I don't see how you can say any one rider is the greatest of all time. RC would not have stood a chance on a bigger, heavier bike with his small stature. As far as the question as to who is the best? I'd give RC that title outdoors and James indoors [i]in...
