Too soon to tell, too many factors involved. The problem could have been Factory Yamaha in the past with Star being the difference maker this year for the improvement on the YZ. There's no doubt the YZ effort is more successful this year versus last thus far. Plessinger is much better this year. Mookie is better too. Ferrandis is doing fine. Barcia is only one position higher than he finished last year, and as stated above he's behind where he was in the points this time last year. And making excuses for mishaps this year and not excuses for mishaps...

Using that logic, I'm trying to figure out how Malcolm, Ferrandis, and Plessinger are doing so well this season.

Cooper was sick last year and raced through it. If he had COVID, they would have not let him even near the stadium.

It’s really no different if they had any other illness. The fact people are making it seem different is the real issue.

With all we know about the virus and how it spreads, outdoor events with little crowding should be allowed to go on with safety measures in place.

I'm thinking that's the 250 Team shirt from this year and that the 450 riders will get to have their own gear deals...? I'm stoked to see Malcolm working with that crew. I'm fairly confident that they'll get the bikes right for the riders just like they do with their 250s. STOKED!

Rule #1 for a pro rider in the usa is never spend $1 on bike, gear, parts, tools, truck, etc. Been this way for many years
