People who put an asterisk on a championship have a loser mentality . Chase would not have won that title without those injuries, however he worked just as hard and took the same risks as anyone else making him a worthy champion.

450's have zero to do with this. More 250 guys are hurt than 450 and it been this way since it was slow ass 89 125's and the tracks were super slow. It's just a dangerous sport.

You can not want to hear about it all you want but the elephant in the room if Chase wins is that the only title he won without his main competition going out with injury is the 2020 East Coast 250 SX Championship. Right now the pressure on him to beat Huntah has got to be immense.

No, noise is just the low hanging fruit that has always worked because it doesn't take much to incite a local riot over "noise". If the noise complaint doesn't work...they go to Plan B or C or D. That's when you realize that there's more to closures than noise. Even if the track (or airport, train, highway) was in place long before someone moved next door to it and had a chance to do their due diligence before signing on the dotted line. I'd love to go back and see what's on the land of all the tracks that have...

In before everyone says "noise is still the devil" Actually, FUN is the devil and the NIMBYS hate all of us. Traffic, Dust, Erosion, Noise, "bad" crowds, etc. Chose one...or more. And when they want the land for development...choose them all because then it's too expensive to litigate and the owners have to give up.

6/21/2024 5:24am Thats why brake fluid needs changed every 2 or so years, water gets in the system even though it's "sealed" due to brake fluid being hygroscopic. Not only that but 28 year old brake fluid is not good for seals and I'd bet the caliper pistons are pretty stuck and the master cylinder isn't looking great either

DC gets to control the entire narrative in our sport. That's not good. Cooksey posted screenshots of the emails/texts between Bud/DC and it appears Bud is telling the truth. The deal with the Promoter's Group vs MX Sports is sketch as hell and DC is lucky he wasn't sued. Talk about bait/switch. But as with anything in our bro-media, DC no longer posts here so it's not like anyone is going to confront him with conflicting info and ask him some hard questions.
