He's a friggin beast, he seems to have the bike sorted and he knew that Jett couldn't go 30 +2 at that place without relenting a little bit as well. The door has been left cracked open and Chase is slowly walking through it. Let Chase get enough confidence and he might win this title at this point. I CANNOT wait for this coming Saturday! Me and my crew will be screaming REDDDDD BUDDDDDDDD!!!! at the top of our lungs all day!

I think Chase can be blazing fast intermittently. I believe Roger sat him down and said we are going to maximize on your endurance. Don't try to run with him early. Jett has been trained to manage the lead and will NOT ride to an insurmountable lead, he'll get maybe 10 sec and slow down, but he'll still be tired and hurt late in the race. Then pounce, by late in the second race, he'll not be able to fight back. You run up front early, you'll both wear out. Strategy.

Pretty insane that a guy with a more than we are told shoulder injury won a national yesterday and has the red plate.

Based on both statistics and eye test, Jett is still the favorite and stays that way until someone beats him for a title.
But I think the gap is closing a bit. Both Hunter and Chase are making progress and Jett is not as dominant as he once was. Why? Speculation that his injury is holding him back? Certainly possible. The other 2 gaining confidence and finding a bit more speed? Seems like it.
Makes for a potentially great finish to the season for sure…. I’m in.

You got the top 3 separated by 3 points. Last year we only had 2 riders going for the 'Chip. "But to your point", the 250's sure are exciting!
Chase really needs to figure out the first motos. Not sure if he just gets pissed at himself between motos or what but definitely seems to ride better during 2nd motos

Don't think by the look on his face at the end of moto two Chase really believes he can beat Jett. Jett's look was, "I'm tired and let him have it." Probably true.
Chase said he lost the flow early in moto two. He then found it towards the end. I don't think he said he was conserving energy.
After Pala moto 2 Jett looked visibly more spent than Chase, granted he still won. I really believe that him racing a full 450 SX season this year leveled things out quite a bit. It's got to be freaking rough racing 17 rounds of SX and then going outdoors for 11 more.

just got around to watch the press conference, been late on everything today 🙄 still gotta make my UFC 303 review vid but yeaaaa for Jett needing an MRI cause its still at square 1 , chase gotta jump on this immediately! he has to assert dominance & take advantage while his main threat is still wounded & wht i mean by assert dominance is u have to obliterate him in the 1st moto cause it apparently seems hes only at his peak form for 1 race during the day , now obviously I don’t have a horse in the race cause my guy mini coop is down & out and honestly even if he did race from the jump I wouldn’t expect him to go toe to toe with Jett & chase outdoors but yea if chase wants to get this title , stop bullshitten around in the 1st moto & get er done
When Chase puts the Hammer down he’s much faster than Hunter. Hunter is easily the most consistent of top 3 but in all out speed he is 3rd especially in second motos.
Chase ain't afraid to hang it out, the Lawrence Brothers ain't as gritty as Sexton....

Chase needs to be more consistent as in first or second (not third), and increase points over Jett while Jett is injured.....or else its over.
