1/27/2012 6:58pm They've been out for a while now, so which machine has the edge? Any common problems with either one? I'm looking at buying my daughter a new bike in August, she wants the KXF but the Zook would match everything else in the shed parts wise etc. Thoughts, comments?

1/27/2012 12:37am G'day, The young bloke went for a practice the other day and the bike got stuck in 4th. Doesn't matter what I try, it won't shift. He's found a couple of false neutrals in his last race, so I can't help but think this could be related, but sounds like the shift fork is bent/broken. Anyone experienced this before?

1/26/2012 6:45pm Anyone had any problems with the filters seperating when using the new green NoToil? Since the green stuff came out, I only get 2-3 washes before the filter seperates. And yes, even with a new filter.

7/29/2011 2:51pm As it turns out, the selector shaft lost a finger, which prevented the shifting. $100 in parts, easy to c/o. The bad news was the oil had brass through it. Turns out all the gears in the tranny had worn the internal teeth round, which explains the false neutrals. $1700 parts and labour, including a re-ring, head check etc, thanks...

7/29/2011 2:42pm A local lad has the Pro Circuit on his 2011. Hauls ass and sounds great. Makes a big difference right through the rev range. Can't say I've heard feedback on other exhausts on the 11. The Akropovic makes a massive difference in the older 250's with the right jetting and some Boyenson bits on the carb.
