VPR is a good budget fuel choice. Solid performance in 4 strokes at much less than Pro6 or MR12. I would also rather run VPR than C12 or 110 in a 2 stroke. I know a lot of people running it and it's unleaded counterpart VP T4.

That is a wide spread of fuels. If your motor runs on straight MR12, running 110 non oxygenated fuel should not hurt your motor. It will not run near as well. I don't know why someone would cheat with fuel on a 450 other than save money on fuel. A good motor guy can make the 450 faster than needed with legal fuel.

Cole is racing the east coast SX in the 250 class this year as a privateer. He has two CRF 250f's with BPM Racing Engines motors. Last year Cole's Honda CRF250 SX motor was built by BPM as was the Honda CRF450 motor he rode in the outdoors.

The FMF duals work really well. Gains mainly mid to top with bottom very close to the same. This is on a modified motor. Have not tried the duals on the stock motor.
