Healing and resulting shoulder function with operative or nonoperative treatment depends on fracture pattern. Hard to advise without XR. In MX athletes, I opt for duel plating if proceeding with surgery. It's a trade for bump on shoulder with non operative treatment, for a scar, possible numbness to your nipple, marginally better shoulder biomechanics and faster return to function with plating.

It doesn't matter who's in the booth they ain't gonna call the race. It's all about hyping story lines and sponsors, talking about anything other than what's happening on track. I'm being told the same things about the riders, teams and rules every week. Employing people that can't even pronounce words properly, missing names, words and letter. Also mid moto interviews should be heard and not seen and way to much fantasy talk. At the end of the day the race isn't instresting enough for them, in other motorsports the commentators are excited with the race.

Another, just me, (unpopular) opinion…but I’m ready to stop trying to cater TV broadcast of the sport to new viewers…trying to dumb the sport down to help them understand is literally ripping the beauty out of the sport and makes it look unprofessional. let’s change the broadcast and pick announcers who will appeal to the core demographic…Im tired of the stupidity (so new viewers will understand), for the sake of “growing the sport” (which won’t benefit me in any way at all).

As Eric Stratton would say, since the announcers are not announcing the race they see but the camera views that the TV production team selects, isn't this a challenge of the TV team instead of the announcers? Agree with Titan1. Announce the race! Leave the "looks like he has put in the work" and other true support words as fill in not replacement for announcing the actual race as it is happening. We watch to see this live actual announcing of the race would be great. Not an easy job.

This is probably just me, but am I the only person that thinks its weird that in the most exciting sport on the planet, IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RACE, the color commentators apparently have nothing to talk about, and so they spend 95% of the air time talking about a conversation with the rider and dinner the night before, or the riders off track hobbies, or the wife/girl friends social media following, or anything else OTHER than the actual race (while we watch the rider rip around a track). Leave that stuff for between moto's...call the race during the...
