Any downside to Infield parking? $15 seems like a good price. Any better parking elsewhere?

Can be a nightmare getting out. Maybe just hang out for an hour after the race is over or be prepared to be aggressive. Went for the first time last year and that was our experience.

Exactly what mx 219 said, infield is the way to go imo but is a shitshow getting out, my buddies and I just hung out and drank some beers for an hour or so last year then just pulled right out no line whatsoever, the first hour after the race though is bumper to bumper going nowhere unless you pull some questionable driving maneuvers lol

I assume that's a joke?  I got an email stating no two wheeled pit bikes whatsoever. Granted, it was for the the RCMX and bikes with throttles?  I would assume no pit bikes at the race either?

Not to hijack the thread (parking was one of my questions as well) but I don't want to make another Daytona thread. What about tickets? Where do you sit? It says general admission and trackside. Are there actual seats or we standing trackside (mosh pit style) for three hours? Fine with me but the couple females going with us might not be so keen on that? Best tickets to see the race? Money isn't really a big deal but nothing stupid?

The infield parking will require that you enter/exit thru the turn 1 or turn 4 tunnels. Turn 1 is usually the tunnel that’s always open and fastest.

You CAN ride a street legal bike in the infield. Many people that camp in the infield ride streeters or use golf carts.

We park there every year.... Will be an absolute nightmare getting out..... Always is... With that said either leave about half way through the 450 main or take your time getting back after the race and bring lots of snacks and plan to hang out for a bit.   Always funny to watch people get impatient.

Clusterfuck to get out of. Go walk the track after the 450 main to kill some time, pretty bad ass to be able to step foot on the track they were just racing on a few minutes before. Have fun, I’m going to miss it for the first time in few years this year.

If you leave halfway through the main, go ahead and take a minute to punch yourself square in the mouth.

We have always camped in a spot by the lake. We get a bracelet with access to the whole place and everyone rides all over all week. You can't ride into the main courtyard where the gate is or the paddock. If you use the airport road entrance and the tunnel, you are inside the speedway and bikes will be everywhere. You will pay to get inside and then have to buy a ticket the race.

I totally agree    We always stay to the end of the race, walk the track and then hang out to watch the road rage....    I was only stating an option to not get caught in the traffic mess leaving.   I didnt say it was a good or viable option  but just an option  ha!

Had me nervous.  lol

For the people bringing motorcycles just keep in mind they are not allowing pit bikes this year. I'm sure there will be a lot of unhappy people at RCSX.

My bad! Apparently no reason to spend bike week at the speedway anymore unless you REALLY like walking 🤔

I bought infield parking. I have ga tickets and my friends that are riding with us have seats. Will they be able to sit in their seats? Will they let us in park? Never been before so sorry for sounding like a noob....I am one.
