I didn't have a problem with my OEM arms, but I put in these F1 power valve arms while I did my whole rebuild. I also had the ISF polished with my tranny parts. The curve on them is smoother than the OEM design. https://www.f1moto.com.au/buy/husqvarna-tc125-2016-2018-performance-pow…

Clutch settings & Gearing are key to good performance for KTM 50's. Is your rider fully tapped out down the longest straight ? If not make the rear sprocket 1-2 teeth bigger this will help enormously. Heavy duty springs & belleville washer will also help especially for the heavier riders. You will have to bore the cases to accept the bigger piston. 12.5 cc would be a good starting point. Even better with a VHM head & a few options on chamber inserts.

Recently put one on my 2008 WR450F. Smooth,linear power rides real nice. Starting hot or cold is a breeze. Very easy to tune. Cheap compared to a FCR there $2500 AUD retail !
