I got a 2017 yz 125, loving it so far, but coming off of bigger bikes I do miss the grunt though. What’s the best bang for buck to get more bottom end pull without losing top end? Thanks

Pipe, reeds, port the cylinder, head mod and the correct fuel. You’ll have a little ripper

Yeah, spend $1000s on bolt ones and it will be nearly as fast as a stock bike with a 58mm piston lol.

Don't forget MXA's go-to for more grunt: add a tooth to the rear sprocket.
That one, plus maybe mill the head for more compression and run a V-Force reed assembly. Those three things tend to target the bottom end.

the only thing I found is a vortex ignition with the x-10 map. Super fun low end for tight tracks.
