10/20/2021 11:51am nail on the head. the problem is if you say "it's a 1 point penalty" or "it's a 30 second penalty" then riders will start utilizing the penalties to their advantage. "I'm only going to lose 1 point so i might as well just cut" or "I'm only going to lose 30 seconds so I might as well just cut"...

Absolutely. Rides to work most days it's not raining. Went on a 70 mile ride in Wayne National Forest on opening day last year and for a guy with over the boot gear he still held his own leading.

12/17/2019 6:49am yes. It's an East vs. West situation. Which is always fun! In addition to that it is a qualifier for TKO. But the better part is it's gonna be everyone from the East and West battling it out!

Just went to the Red Bull Override (same place in Texas that's on the AMA series). I had a great time, and most of the course was super gnarly. Insane how easy the top guy made it look compared to the rest of the field.

I know the Stix and Stones event in Idaho does, they also have a slightly "easier" course for the amateurs as well I believe.

3/22/2019 11:00am after riding an Alta I personally still think it needs a clutch. So much of our riding ability and styles come from being able to fan the clutch, rev up the engine for specific obstacles... or just to do a quick burn out/spin around on a tight trail.
