The guy is alive. Hopefully this is a good sign for his return. Even if it is next year. I gotta say: it’s a little weird to me that his gear has no logos. Why, if he’s still a part of the team, would the gear companies be giving him blank gear? And if he’s not part of the team… what’s he doin there? 🧐

The first ride is history! It’s a great bike for sure. As for a detailed ride report, that will be in a few weeks as the suspension needs some break in time to get a good feel. It is geared 13-48 thus and requires an aggressive rider to get it to preform IMO. At 73, I’m not going to be that aggressive 😊 Thus I just ordered a 49T & 50T. I noticed this too ..went back and looked. ..might not be CW...little too thin in a couple of places and style is different...also a chest pro (unusual?). Maybe a test rider?

I'm friends in FB with Cindy Sieman--Super Hunky's daughter who has been keeping everyone abreast about her Dad and sharing his legendary stories "From the Saddle". Anyway, Saturday they had a memorial ride out to the Husky monument and erected this awesome Memorial. There's some pretty cool videos too. And she plans to upload more when she gets better WI Fi service. 😎 There sure are a lot more Memorial stuff out there then the last time we were there on a LA to Barstow to Vegas Dual Sport ride...... This is the biggest problem I have with the situation... But it has to be said, the flagger fucked up being behind the banner too. Febvre gets hosed in this one for sure.

Flag Marshall hiding behind the pole so he didn't get splashed. This is pathetic and weak from the FIM to allow this to happen. Anyone seeing the vision would agree. JH84 has posted vision from the upside of that jump, totally invisible. Febvre won the GP, end of story. It's even worse if the MXGP comes down to the wire, and this is a deciding factor.

Seewer and Horgmo jump on a waved yellow on the final lap. However, the flagger was behind the Sidi pole. In very muddy conditions. So both riders get docked two positions. Resulting in Gajser and Prado both moving up 2 spots, Febvre having his GP win removed because of that, and both Febvre and Herlings "losing" points to Gajser and Prado. Seewer, Horgmo, Herlings and Febvre are not happy to say the least... Yet no one seems to be talking about this?
