3/15/2025 3:00pm I'm a Sexton fan and I don't particularly like Ricky in the booth, but you can't blame Ricky for being hard on Sexton after watching that video. I didn't count, but he must have thrown away at least 15 wins since his move to the 450 class.

2/27/2025 8:59am This whole making the track safer concept sounds good in theory, but in reality it doesn’t work too good. How many riders got hurt hitting a quad this year? And how many riders got hurt dabbing a foot this year? The next logical step seems to enforce feet on the pegs at all time.
Sometime I think we just have a way to narrow definition of talent. We say talent basically meaning speed and style, but I think talent should encompass many more aspect. Like the ability to have a crash and not get hurt like Sexton has done quite a few times already, or the grit to train like a dog like RC...

Why do you think it's safer? I don't know, maybe it is. But just anecdotally, where I live you hear of quite a few fatalities each year - much more than dirt bike fatalities. Granted, we also have many more snowmobiles in the winter than dirt bikes in the summer. It seems like damn near everyone has a snowmobile here. Given the performance capabilities of the machines now, it's hard to think of them as safe, especially when couch potatoes are riding them, often after a few beers.
