EDIT - **See updated table further down in the thread** The “fastest teenager” thread prompted me to have a close at how RC, JS and JL stacked up against each other over the first four years of their respective careers. Some quick things to note. - Stats only include full AMA series. I thought it would take Jett a year to acclimate to the 450 class; i was wrong. Imagine, going 22-0 in your first 450 class champ, and barely being challenged, only 1 crash in 22 moto's, very few mistakes with "managing" 2-3 second gaps, no chokes in the last few races as the "undefeated" pressure mounted ..... New GOAT coming....good dude, great personality, good sense of humor, good family, good for the sport.

Maybe not the fastest, but definitely the smartest and most mature at that age. Barely did we see a young talent managing a race from the front like he did so far. He doesn't care if he smokes the field by 30 seconds and I think it's impressive to watch how he always finds an extra gear whenever we think someones closing in on him. I truly believe we have never even seen Jett going 100% so far and I hope it doesn't stay like that for the next years.. In terms of just speed it's hard to argue against...

IDK what people are so mad about. A 19 y/o had a perfect outdoor season in the premier class. That's insane. Sorry it didn't happen when we were all in our own teenage years (which, as everyone knows,THE best era of MX is always whatever era it was when one was a teenager), but I don't see how you can argue against it. He was the best in the world, in the premier class, period. He backed it up with a moto win at MXoN. Yes, other teenagers have shown absolutely blazing speed. Do You think more SX fans would stop going to races, or more outdoor fans? Why is it that Supercross gets more people in the stands VS outdoor MX ?? With all due respect, can someone please explain the obsession with this guy? How is he still relevant, and what makes people think he could still be competitive? Complete waste of talent, and it doesn't seem like he's a great guy. I just don't get it.
