Grew up in the mountains of Southern Oregon- Honda MR50, XR80, Kawi KX125, Honda CR250's, CRF450 #262. Raced in the woods, the desert, the track, and the pavement. Roadraced from 1999-2006, raced everything they put under me. And crashed most of it as well...

Sold all of my bikes and moved to Kauai, HI. Missed racing. Everyday. Travelled the U.S. as an aviation millwright until 2012. Moved to Portland OR. Bought more bikes...
Got "back" into racing- mostly motocross. Proud to be part of the Washougal MX family and back at the tracks in general.

Bought a van and jammed it full of dirtbikes and surfboards and headed for So. Cal.
Splitting time between OR, CA, and HI.

He just finished up the stint in Brazil- with some great results. He has a few side projects going on currently that I'm sure you will all be seeing shortly. Thread TItle should be changed. It really should. Myself, as a guy that makes a lot of carbon goodies for a lot of companies, teams and OEM's...I can vouch for LightSpeed Products being a helluva value for what you're paying. Lol my sweet spot for a bicycle is between $150-$250. Anything above $300 I see big items for moto. Anything about $800 I start seeing dirtbikes and rebuilds lol. Just how I’ve programmed myself

That Yamaha team had all the makings of a championship team- the right people in the right spots. Some of the best Mechanics, Team Managers, Chassis Guys, Riders, Etc. But the one uncontrollable factor never lined up for them- full on team chemistry. For whatever reason ( "Old Guard" management tactics, strict factory bike settings /changes, hot headed riders, bike)...

Get rid of Tyler Keefe and they might be very competitive. We've seen what he says to riders on camera imagine behind closed doors.
