Have to have the knowledge and confidence to know that what you're doing is correct. As it is everyone errs on the side of doing too much because harder to criticize that approach. Other sports have guys in charge of their training that have studied training for that sport to the smallest detail and have phds in it. This sport has a lot of guys that "learned a lot over the years." This sport just doesn't value knowledge. It's that simple. There's no science to back this assertion up, and logically it makes no sense as there's no difference to taking a pill and drinking 20oz of water or mixing whatever is in that pill with 20oz of water when speaking about electrolytes. Now there could be a reason if they wanted him to drink a carb/protein shake and didn't want to mix the electrolytes in the same shake due to taste or something, but it all ends up in the stomach to be processed basically the same way.

Would be cool to hear that he's selling his ranch, packing up the family and chasing MXGP titles...but the reality is probably that his wife just wanted to live anywhere but there.

Phones are the thing that have changed it the most. How many times are u behind someone that u think is drunk swerving all over, drifting into the shoulder only to get next to them and it’s the phone.

What exactly makes this an off road bike? I admire the effort toward off road but much like Suzukis MX effort, this was a half ass attempt.
