Why would you replace a battery , and not repair it? While under warranty I'm sure Stark would replace it. But out of warranty , it might like buying a new engine instead of putting a fresh crank in. Or buying a new engine instead of replacing a spark plug. If a few cells are bad . or a broken connection. Who knows what's wrong with this Varg anyway. I have no love for Stealerships and have been disgusted by the markups/gouging these thieving bastards have perpetrated on people. Doesn't change the fact that these shitboxes are piling up on the lots due to a ridiculous and unrealistic mandate. Not to mention the serious real-world issues with owning one. Batteries are not going to advance enough to fix the range and temp issues.

I am blown away that Kyle Chisholm, or any Pro racing in the AMA Supercross series has to "buy their own bikes". I know many racers in Australia who don't race the national series, but they are the best rider in their town and get lent a free bike to race for the year from the local dealer. I can't comprehend how this happens in the USA, maybe this new series will help the USA series value what they have more and open their wallets to more than the top 10.

Would be cool to see him out there somewhat prepared and on a good bike. 2020 was terrible timing for a farewell tour and I'm sure he would like to do it over in front of fans.

it sounds to me like Tim Cotter should be fired from MX SPORTS Donnie Luce from Yamaha and Brian Deegan and Matt Walker should be suspended from all ama sanctioned races for a year ....The kid should have been given the motorcycle at the time of the claim being paid period .He claimed the bike after the last moto of his ;class and didnt have to let anything go to impound...He didnt have to agree to let Deegan race it the next day ..his class was over he pays he gets bike ..I remember reading several rules that say detrimental...

Brennan Schofield comes across as articulate, educated (not homeschooled) and sophisticated for a seventeen year old. I think every motocross enthusiast would like to get their hands on a works bike. If what Brennan said is true then Yamaha acted like a thug, gangster corporation. They cheated and then threatened those that exposed their cheating. If Yamaha is not punished, the AMA might as well throw out their rulebook. Rules that can be brazenly flaunted are pointless.

Sexton has a contract through '23 and Roczen's is over after outdoors...not sure. Jett will likely be 250 indoors and 450 outdoors in '23.
