5/24/2024 8:22am Hi all - starting a build thread here on what has to have been one of my hardest-to-hunt parts for builds . Aim is to tun a run down 1997 Kx500 into a practical thing of beauty with a mix of modern touches aimed at making the beast a more manageable thing to keep a hold of ! Didn’t really snap any before pics as it was a box of junk to start … ill add pics as i can cheers !

5/17/2024 7:42am Yes, that was me and my CZ in 1975. I raced the Junior Pokal Series 73 - 74 - 75. Awesome experience. All this while in the Army, What I did was find a Program for soldiers who wanted to participate in German Sports. On my own without the company commander knowing, (frankly I was so excited that I didn't even think to ask or tell him) I applied to USAEUR in Heidelbeg and got accepted. Orders were issued and I was able to leave post any time I wanted. The company commander was pretty jacked and he never got...

5/13/2024 7:17am Not nearly to the level of a lot of the more experienced craftsmen in here, but I like to play around on a CNC occasionally. The guys who are the true artists in CNC are absolutely incredible, this is the best I got though haha.

4/11/2024 8:44am I do like how straight forward Lewis is, but holy f@ck did he pout on the St Louis review pod. You’re a journalist, if people don’t like what you have to say or a rider doesn’t want to talk to you, get over it.

4/11/2024 8:43am Now lewis gets even more offended that he can't just say whatever the hell he wants and expect no one to care and turn it into an act of poor me on the pod. Oh wait he already does that... He acted like such a child after talking shit on eli in the lvk pod, and then getting the silent treatment the next race after not getting a hint on when enoughs enough about starts with him. I like 60% of lewis, but the other 40% needs improvement.

12/27/2023 7:31am I don’t run clipless pedals for efficiency although they do help with that. It’s all about control in the rough and tech at speed. It’s why most all DH racers run clipless pedals, (except Sam Hill lol)Your foot position is always the same. But I do agree with the fact that flats are great especially while you are figuring it out. Shimano brakes don’t suck as much as sram but they aren’t that good after using 220mmbrakes with 2.3mm thick rotors. Of course only needed if your terrain demands it, not needed in TX or Kansas etc. but sorry thats...

10/21/2023 7:20am Hey fellas- I posted this in the Vital MTB forum too, but I figured some of you over here might be interested. I was recently able to check off a "bucket list" MTB ride in Moab, UT: The Whole Enchilada. For those who don't know about it, it's a 27-mile ride with a 5-mile cruise back to your car at the end. They shuttle you from the town of Moab up to the Burro Pass trailhead in the La Sal mountains, and you ride back down. It's not all downhill, but there's about a 7,500 foot loss in elevation over...

10/18/2023 7:55am I have a Vortex ECU tuned by XPR on my Husky FE501, it's a beast! Granted the stock ECU is locked and a complete turd the XPR maps are good with 91 pump gas, and the difference between the 10 maps is very noticeable.

9/11/2023 8:01am Definitely an impressive ride by Dani on the KTM but I love watching Binder ride it. Also was very cool to see two Aprilias on the box last week.
