1/12/2018 6:32pm I have a 04 CR250 and has heavier springs in the forks and rear shock. Can you just swap to lighter springs or will I need to add/remove oil and reset the Sag?

1/7/2018 5:14am He means 2 stroke, if you are 180lbs then get a 250 2 stroke. You get a older 4t you will be dumping loads of money in it. Where a 2 stroke you can rebuild it with a butter knife

8/27/2017 6:24am I have been watching motocross for 30+ years and I can officially say MXGP has the best riders at this point. Herlings was on rails, tomac got out of control trying to keep pace and even moose-can did as well. Gone are the days of American riders of the likes of Ward,Stanton,Henry,MC,RC,JS and RV and Dungey.
