Getting “hurt” is one thing getting killed is in a completely different. People dying in this sport should be extremely rare. Anybody want to do the statistical analysis of female riders dying? That’s a crazy stat for sure. Probably a 10x higher probability than boys.

2/3/2023 11:31am Get a set of 4.4 try them, if you want to go 4.6 split it with a 4.8 (which you have already have). So in reality you have 3 spring rates available to try.

Haven't seen the TV broadcast but I was at Anaheim yesterday. Announcers talked the entire 250 and 450 mains but weren't actually calling the races. The woman sounds like Minnie Mouse and went on and on and on. Call the race and save the background info for between the races. Fortunately the racing drowned them out but the woman's voice remained like a fly or mosquito buzzing around your bedroom keeping you awake. I was planning on attending St Louis Detroit Indy Atlanta Daytona but not with the present announcers.

You are absolutely correct, on TV it's not my job to break down riding styles, bike setup, etc. Seriously, if I go too deep there will be a vital thread that says "WTH Weege has never won a title what does he know???" GL can handle that, but there's not much time for analysis when action is happening all around. There are a thousand other sources out there for that info, many of which I'm involved with, and even here on Vital (pit bits!). Our post race podcast is probably as deep insider as it gets.
