I have raced both a lot. I'm faster on the 350 but the 300 is more fun. I will say I have not spent much time on the TPI. If your races are more open then the 350 is faster. More technical and the 300 is better. Pretty sure there are no leftover 20's.

Just took my first ride after installing the Bewl Bar by Steelhorse in place of the stock swingarm pivot bolt on my 2017 KTM450SXF. https://www.steelhorseinnovations.com/store/bewlbar/ Easy installation: with the swingarm off just remove metal end caps from seals and push out stock sleeves with perforated Steelhorse sleeves, replace the caps, then insert the bar once the swingarm is lined up in the frame. If you do it right you won't disturb the uncaged needle bearings, and you should slap some clean grease on the new sleeves before installing. There is few places in the MSXC series that you will be that high in the gearbox. You cant go off anything on bobbitts bike because 1: hes other worldly faster than you and 2: its a 4 stroke. You also cant go off anything a GNCC pro bike does because of the same reasons, plus GNCC is WAY WAY faster paced than a MSXC. If i were you, id wait until after a couple races. I don't think its anything sinister or negative. These AF conversions can span a whole spectrum of quality and it comes down to safety, and MPS has recieved some less than stellar feedback over the years. No one wants to not speak up and then something bad happens, the OP has checked things out and looks like its good to go, so I am sure people are looking forward to ride report.

After all this hate on MPS on here , I stripped the bike and clean the frame . After inspection the frame is actually good , welds are strong brackets are clean and no cracks. I am sure that service Honda is cleaner but this is not bad. After all it is a conversion and I did not expect it will look like Factory frame.

Before I purchased the bike I check all the mouthing points, they look ok. I will do a frame tear down anyway so we will see. If there is a problem, I have good welder here in sun Walley. For the $ what I got the bike for, I can’t complain. Lol

Here is a picture from the take-off, RC was pinned with the back end sideways on the face of the jump and still seat bounced it and launched to the bottom. He was such a beast
