I’ve noticed that all fuel injected 2 strokes don’t sound right since they first came out. It’s like there’s a rag stuffed in the airbox and it can’t breath. Carson Brown recently posted a video of him riding a bike that came fuel injected, but had a carb conversion kit put on it. I think it was a KTM 150 and it sounded amazing. Very barky and crisp. I believe these conversion kits are for sale. I hope I’m wrong, but this new KX327 sounds like a stifled piece of junk.

An SMX title is way below a SX and MX title but also way above MEC, RBSR or even WSX....an SMX championship should only be counted as just that an SMX championship and not included in the others for the record books.

From where I'm standing, Sexton's best bets are Ducati in the USA or whatever he can come up with in Europe...which would probably have "allowances" for SX in the U.S. Also, even after Prado's weird year, I'm not joining the mob on throwing all of this on Kawasaki's shoulders...he DID run a PC/KMC set-up at Anaheim and he won. Then he went back to losing his shit...again. I'm not hating on the kid; but, his history with "set-up" at his previous teams wasn't all that great...all the while his team-mates were doing pretty damn good. Or did we all forget...

Never owned a Kawi and I have never been a fan of them but this bike looks sweet, and it sounds good in the video clips but the injected 2 strokes never quite sound a s "raw" as a carb 2t, they usually sounds kind of loaded up which I think is what being are keying in on. I do worry about the fuel injection portion as a guy that works on tpi and tbi Huskys and deal with their random and odd sensor issues, runnability etc. This is the reason I still happily kick start my yz250

Yeah all this complaining tells me these guys have never had a REAL JOB. one that if your lucky gets one week off work with PTO. That means working their job for 51 weeks out of the year not 32-36 weeks out of the years. I would defently prefer to ride,train, race motorcycles all year myself over working a REAL JOB answering to the man for peanuts comparied to what these guys are bringing in. Its honestly an insult to the fans that help pay these riders to have these guys that are making millions, saying they are burned out...

I got nothing against him. I just see zero evidence he’s ever a title contender again. I am sure he’ll win some races again. But his title days are over in my mind. I’d wager he stays at kawi for the life of his contract and collects the check. Financially it’s the best decision to make.
