Call Sudco. They can set you up with a carb that will get you going or at least in the ball park. I would suggest the 32mm, but the 30MM will make it easier to start but less top end. Check with them if your stock manifold will work. If not, source a Suzuki TM 250 as it will support the Mikuni. http://sudco.com/index.html

Hi. That one was sold. I assume this is the same thing. Mikuni VM round slide 32mm . This one has left hand idle adjust. I notice there are some Mikuni knockoffs. This is for a vintage show bike, not for riding. I just want it to run. So will the knockoff work? Looks like ebay has sold a lot...

The trick I've found that works for RE-MX.com is to use Chrome to shop/order, if you use Edge or Firefox you'll never get it to work. Also, most guys were putting 32mm Mikuni's on their 1974/75's so not sure why you want a 28mm. The below link would get you close on jetting: CR125m jetting - Old School Moto - Motocross Forums / Message Boards - Vital MX There are a few 32's on ebay, below is a link to one: Mikuni 32mm Round Slide Carburetor | eBay

Hello group. I have refurbished my 77 cr125 but no carb kit exists for the factory keihin unit from that year. I understand it was basically a one year or so only model. Re-Mx had a mikuni vm28 IIRC that would work on a 77 model but their website has been down for over a year and they won't answer...

So I'm practically done refurbishing the bike. Looks awesome btw. Will post a photo soon. I had ordered new Moose brake lines long ago. On assembly today, I discover the OEM front brake line set up doesn't have 2 banjo ends. One end screws into a special piece that Partzilla fortunately still has in stock. Photo below. Where do I...

Hi. Thanks. The new lines are from Venhill. They offer the piece I'm looking for. I have it now. The banjo will unscrew and I can attach the part I need to hook into my original master cylinder front brake lever assembly. Of course I don't have the connector between brake line and master cylinder . This project has been...

look at some Rm models , a lot of them use master cylinders with the port fitting running in line with the piston ( a lot like those honda units ) You might be able to snag a line that is close

The best option seems to be to get another MC unit that accepts banjo at front instead of side as is OEM. I already have a new brake line that is attached at disc end. Im unable to post a photo of bike right now, maybe photo too large but it doesnt say that. I'll post a pic today.

If you simply can't find that brake line, you could go to a late-model front brake master cylinder and a modern type brake line.

So I have a 77 Hon CR125 at the paint shop. I found a place that mixes Tahitian red and the paint is spot on. I received help right here on this site to find them. Awesome!! Thank you. For all of you that have refurbished/repainted bikes including plastic, What level of gloss is recommended for clear coat? Frame semi...

Paint has arrived. I put a bit on the shock body and it appears to match perfectly. I am seeing the painter tomorrow. It requires a clear coat. What level of gloss on clear coat are you guys going with? Frame, tank, and new plastic from VMX are all to be painted. Medium seems about right. Someone attempted to paint...
