Paint/ Clear coat question for vintage restoration

So I have a 77 Hon CR125 at the paint shop. I found a place that mixes Tahitian red and the paint is spot on. I received help right here on this site to find them. Awesome!! Thank you.

For all of you that have refurbished/repainted bikes including plastic, What level of gloss is recommended for clear coat? Frame semi, plastic high etc. ? I know low gloss does not work for plastic. Just looking for advice from people who have done it. All comments welcome. The bike is for show,not to be ridden. My childhood dream bike.

Also wondering if anyone knows/has measurements for proper location for honda wings on the tank.
