Sounds like a bad link in the chain. New chain should take care of it. Take off the chain and see if a link is stiff or locked up. I bet you'll find your problem there.

Took the new KX250 build to the track for a ride.... to see if anything fell off.....it ran great but I'm sore as hell. Nothing like dirt hitting the top of your helmet...you look up to see three 450's flying over you as you roll the jumps on the first lap. I love this sport...can't wait until this weekend!

The only thing worse than this thread is not seeing JS7 on the line week after week over an ADHD drug. There will be no 14th to 1st rides this year...just the same old story...good start...pull away....win...

Yep, mounts right up. No problem. Just did it on mine.

Green and red where I ride mostly. Mix of new and old. If we ride the Red River (trails) I see a lot more orange 2 strokes though. Just not at the tracks.

Factory Editions are lame, expensive and who wants to ride the same EXACT bike as 60 other people....buy a bike and customize it the way YOU want it....KTM is just milking the sheeple with fluff. I did see 2 350's at the local track last weekend. That's more than usual.... oh and a KTM with a light on the front...sweeeet...

2 strokes run cooler at slow speeds...plus less money in the race team budget..MC still throws the rear out...if you have ever done a NAC NAC you will understand the trick can slip away from you (literally) pretty easy...if you pitch the back out too far you end up with one toe on the peg and that's not a good...

JS7 reinvented so many techniques you have to put him up there. Dungey and Reed are smooth riders, K-dub was super technical and also smooth as well. I think alot of people are getting "smooth" and "technical" mixed up. Some guys have both. Musquin is buttery smooth and has perfect technique. I wouldn't put RV or AC in the top...
