I would love to see him make a run at it and without last years injury it was probably possible but not now. He won’t race past this season or maybe next tops and even so, 7 wins a season in this field seems unlikely. I would love to be wrong though.

Awesome to see he still has that elite speed that even Jett can't match. This was perfect for his confidence heading into the break. He always gets stronger as the season goes on anyway so the rest of the field better watch out

(Eli superfan here) The way Tomac wheel tapped his way into the whoops and just maintained that 4 second gap with no issues made me VERY happy..

1 podium in 4 races for Jett? 3 months ago I would have bet my house it wouldn't have played out like this. I hope this season stays as wild as it has been so far! It was great to see Tomac back running a fast pace, Jason was a surprise as well!

First time in Jett's 450 career that I've seen him with a good amount of time to make up a realistic gap on the rider in front of him & couldn't get it done - really speaks to the speed Eli was riding at. Eli also pulled out a 4 sec gap on Sexton in the matter of like 3 laps. Super impressive.

Completely agree. I've been a fan forever, and can't help but think it may be time to call it a day, and be the best thing in the booth since Daniel Blair left. He could have a good career if he's given the opportunity. Smart, articulate, funny...

It doesn’t have anything to do with the bike, team, or trainer. He body is just too damaged to compete at the top level anymore. It’s a real shame, but all too common in this sport.

I think it’s pretty easy to say that Prado will have US offers from Factory Kawi and the Austrian trio (probably for KTM). Yamaha would depend on if Eli decides to go one more year. Webb is on for three years and Jcoop is a one year deal but has clauses in his contract to activate another year if he meets certain requirements. Honda would be full. Can’t imagine that Prado would seriously consider an offer from HEP with other major options on the table. Lewis brought up an interesting point, what if Ducati takes a big run at him...

If I had to choose who would be stronger on a 450 in sx, Aaron or DF, I would have choose DF. All day long.

One thing you can put to rest is the Jett is only riding at 90% crap. He looked like he was at 105% ….hence the get offs. He thinks all he needs to do is go faster. 2 weeks in a row he was in over his head, speed wise, in the whoops and it bit him.
