Dirty Points Liked a reply to forum topic Reed out at JGR?

5/8/2019 1:01pm

When Reed went out with injury, he was sitting 7th in the points, with one podium under his belt. That puts him in the upper half of factory-supported riders in terms of results.

MXD Liked a forum topic Cooper throws some shade ACs way

5/6/2019 10:27am

He was asked by Darkside in the presser if sitting on the line and watching AC throw it away changed his approach for the main. He answered “nah, not at all. He cracked, I didn’t” Is the real Cooper Webb back? Was the pc version just a front?

First year on the KTM. First year with Aldon. First year riding daily with Marv, an absolute "training monster." First year in Florida. Comes completely off radar and walked away with a 450SX plate. Friends, Cooper Webb deserves his own thread. Cheers to CW and the entire KTM family!

I love threads like these. The guys that grew up in 90s motocross are my people. Gear colors, music, riders. Eachrider a different personality.

Everything you said except: - Seely to MCR - JGR do continue with Reed and Wilson, which leaves Osborne on the Husky. A lot of nonsense in this thread. A couple rough races for the 3 and 94 and all of a sudden they're both shipping out and moving teams.

Aussie Thunder Added a reply to 2020 AC92 450

3/18/2019 1:05pm

I can most definitely see Tomac back on a factory Honda for 2020, with AC and Joey at Monster Kawasaki. I can also see Kenny back on Redbull KTM and Marvin as Baggett's teammate for 2020 also. I guess the kicker in all that is a) can Kenny and Cooper play nicely? b) Would Kenny be willing to go back...

I have a feeling both Kawasaki and Honda will be putting a contract on the table for Adam. Silly season gonna be good this year.

Agreed JGR is good for the sport, we need them to stick around. Theyre invested in the sport. Losing JGR or especially energy drink companies would be a huge blow. Luckily the CBD companies seem very interested and the industry is going to be enormous in a few years, probably on energy drink levels eventually, so hopefully that will get settled. We need more people getting into the sport with teams and sponsorships not less. Hopefully the future is bright. JGR seems scared of a big signee since JS7, but its time now. TBH for right now Reed is a...

Aussie Thunder Started a new thread Reed 2020

2/2/2019 11:25pm

Does anyone have thoughts on Reed's plans for 2020? I have seen a number of Ellie's posts commenting this will be Chad's final year, however, Chad remains tight-lipped on the subject... I am a HUGE Reed supporter but it is pretty obvious he is not going to win another title and right now he is struggling with top 10 finishes...

Aussie Thunder Started a new thread Tomac 2019 Supercross season

2/2/2019 10:50am

Is it just me or has Tomac finally woken up to the fact that he doesn't need to destroy his competition at every round? It is very apparent he is playing the long game (finally) and this is why he will be the 2019 Supercross champ IMO!
