Star crew chief has left. So that now makes the manager, crew chief and 2 mechanics gone. Know what they old saying is people don’t leave good jobs they leave because of management.

Troxell is returning to Honda, sorta. Going to be at the Lawrence's compound, in some form of crew chief position over the crew down there.

So what’s going on at star with everyone leaving.

Is this as simple as people wanting out of the Deegan orbit? All the other drawbacks of working there aren't new things, wouldn't make much sense for that to be the reason now.

Is my understanding that STAR mechanics are the practice and race mechanic.

Again people don’t leave food jobs they leave due to poor management….. do with that what you want.

That's not a new thing though, why the mass exodus now?

I honestly thought he was retiring after reading his latest post. I'm happy he's going back to Honda.

The longer you stay at a job, the more "baggage" you acquire. The only way to get an empty slate, is start a new job. Your expression has a ring of truth, people often leave because they disagree with the direction of their manager or management is taking, but in many cases they just need a fresh start because they've accumulated to much baggage.

I don't know much about the inner workings of Star, the biggest 3 changes I know if is Coker leaving, Deegan arriving, and the move to the goat farm. Maybe it is Deegan, but I heard it was burnout from wrenching all week long at the goat farm then all weekend at the races.

Yes, when people were being told the job the had in California is now in Florida and you have to up root your life and move across the country. I feel like this comparing apples to oranges a little.

That is great news for BarX and the whole KTM Group. He could easily be on orange factory equipment in a couple of seasons. And Kawasaki misses yet another prospect.

You should try talking about it because I have no idea what you're talking about.

If they did (unwise of them) I would certainly hope they STILL don't require the jab. Not writing my next thought...

Went by the KTM track earlier today, there was a RedBull KTM sprinter van there, but the bike hadn’t been unloaded yet so I’m not sure who was riding. Saw a couple of guys out on the backside of the track, couldn’t make out who they were tho. Waited around 15 min, then took off, I’ll catch some guys out there on a different day. Track looked prime tho
