For starters, this has nothing to do with me. I ran across this drama on FB. I’m not 100% sure the back story but the claims seem to be this Justin Moon guy (track owner) is threatening this man’s kid? I didn’t want to post this to spread the drama and gossip. But if this dude is really threatening and putting hits out on kids, AS A TRACK OWNER AT THAT, the MX community deserves to know what kinda psychotic pussies are running the track they take THEIR kids to. It’s hard enough to keep this industry alive but this dude doesn’t deserve to own a piece of bread, let along a MX track responsible for other people.
I grabbed these 2 screenshots from the original post then started digging into it a little deeper. I’ve seen other people posting about the guy a little with old mug shots and claims of drugs. The story that got to me and showed me the character of the dude was of him blasting another kids dad all over the internet and then naming a BS race after the dad to mock him even farther.
I guess I’m posting this for 2 reasons. To get more info on this crazy situation and if this Justin Moon fella turns out to be the POS he’s being portrayed as, to put that out there. Any grown man putting hits out on another track owners kid (from what I could gather) deserves to be ripped to shreds like only the internet can do. What a pussy cunt

I have as much involvement in this as you OP as I just ran across it scrolling on FB. Guy's always been nice and friendly with us but I also have very limited interaction with him. As you probably already know there's always three sides to every story.
Have you done any work to confirm they aren't real? Have you reached out to the track owner or the person that is threatened in the posts? Of course not.

The moto industry in general is pretty scummy.
What is really scary is that all of this could be created with AI, posted on social media, and it's a he said/she said scenario. If it is truly AI generated, which is kind of look like, that is scary to think that people will use it to completely generate false information, with it look 100% reliable to the average person.
