Yes, you can order from a retailer in Europe. I've bought from Chromeburner before, but there are others.
I really wish manufactures would stop putting so much emphasis on Snell. Its more proficient with street riding I feel, but overall seems to be a very very outdated form of testing. When a $150 helmet with a plastic shell can pass it, I'm out.
WTF? It's the most strict test standard for preventing death. ECE 22.06 addresses TBE, whereas other standards don't, but that doesn't make it outdated. There are road helmets that pass both- it's not one or the other. There are also ECE 22.06 helmets available for less than $100. Your feeling is irrelevant - the test data matters.
What $150 helmets are snell rated? I do agree snell isn’t great for off road.

HJC for example. At one point, the only difference between a CS-R1 (109.99) and a CL-15 (149.99) was the $40 charge for the helmets to be tested by Snell. Now that was 10+ years ago, but im sure aint much changed.
Those helmets aren't even sold anymore. Snell has updated the standard 3 times in the last 10 years. The only Snell M2025D helmets for off-road are the Arai VX-Pro4 ($630) and the Shoei VFX-EVO ($600). Source: https://smf.org/certlist/std_M2025D.php
If the fastest riders in the world (MotoGP) are wearing helmets that are ECE 22.06-only, what does that say about SNELL?
They are wearing FIM rated helmets which many or most also pass ECE and/or SNELL. It seems like mainly the US cares at all about SNELL and it’s really pretty rare these days in most brands.
Those dudes would also wear a tank tee if the fim allowed it.
The helmets start as ECE helmets though. The FIM is mainly a money grab at this point, especially since ECE tests for rotational impacts.
I 100% agree on the SNELL callout. It's expensive and cumbersome for the manufacturers to dual homologate to meet ECE and SNELL standards. Roll with ECE and be done with it. Even better if we could kill DOT and just run ECE like the rest of the world. We wouldn't have situations where we're competing against retailers overseas for products that look identical to the naked eye.
Anyone know if any other reputable EU shops to snag a moto 10 from?
The latest Moto-10 MIPS is ECE 22.06. You can get it from the Bell website:

The Moto-10 Spherical appears to be the Snell version, not having ECE 22.06.
bicycle helmets are the same way. lighter in eu. its so weird.
Do you know one of the tests for Snell is that a spike cannot pierce the helmet. ECE helmets allow a spike to penetrate the helmet. Which one do you want on your head?
How many spikes have you hit with your head while riding?
A typical crash for me is a tip over, and the laws of physics tell us that an object with less mass has less momentum; meaning a lighter helmet is safer than a heavy helmet for reducing the risk that your brain will slosh against the inside of your skull (concussion).
It's more that it's a double impact of the same location with the spike that is the issue. That is basically impossible to happen in a real world crash and makes the helmet a lot heavier which also increases the amount of energy you hit the ground with. It's all a give and take though, there is no one helmet that is maximizing protection of any type of impact, I'm just glad theres so many choices of very good helmets these days.
...I can't tell if this is a troll comment or not lol
Bell is now selling the BELL MOTO 10 GP in the united states, which is the ECE/DOT/FIM-02 certified helmet. It appears they are phasing out the BELL MOTO 10 SPHERICAL, which was the SNELL version.
Rocky Mountain ATV/MC currently has stock available, and so does chap moto . Revzilla will soon too.

Swap has a video about the new moto 10 gp. Bell is claiming it lost 200g and a large weighs 1400g which is about 100g lighter than the current sm10. I am not sure what the spherical ece only helmet weighed, but I doubt it was 200g lighter. They also moved the chinbar 5mm further out and made the helmet fit lower on the head and you head a little further back in the helmet. I tried in a spherical and the fit didn’t work for me because the chin bar would rub my chin. I will have to find a gp version to try on.
I've bought Airohs from European sellers for probably 15 years now.
Isnt the reason they have that because snell is rated to higher speeds which covers car racing and your head could hit a roll cage or bounce off metal bits of the car a few times in a roll over? Inside a car youre sitting in a seat and pretty immobilized but its important to protect from things in the car that can hit your head plus the very high speeds involved so its better to have a super stiff heavy helmet to prevent things like metal or glass from piercing the helmet. On a bicycle or motorcycle though youre not worried about a roll cage or the speeds of a car and your body is free to tumble away from the bike so a lighter helmet is better to prevent rotation injuries. A motorcycle crash is very different from a car crash so the helmets are built differently.
Snell automobile and Snell motorcycle are not the same tests or certs. I have both. You are correct in that the automobile Snell cert is to cover repeated hits from an interior object repeatedly in the same spot, and I've been there done that in an unintended barrel roll. The bike cert is similar, but only two hits to the same location and the separate penetration bit. As a motocrosser, the Snell M doesn't do me much. As a desert racer the Snell bit means everything to me.
I really want the new FIM cert as it covers the hardest parts of ECE and Snell into one.
Even in a cage, the lighter the helmet the better. The forces your neck takes on are absurd compared to on a bike as you can't move your head. You would think it was the opposite, but nope. Your head being able to move when on a bike makes it way less tiring.
My HANS takes some of the load off of my neck when I'm in the race cage, but my neck and shoulders are still killing me the day after. I can only race both on the same weekend if the bike race is first, with racing the UTV following. If UTV 1st, no way can I ride the bike after.
On a side note, took a big hit in the 1st turn of my second moto yesterday. My Moto 10 Spherical is now on the shelf and I'm needing another new helmet so I'm shopping hard. Will be looking at the Moto 10 GP very closely.
