I know the results have been very underwhelming but that fourth was promising and he’s only going to get better with another month on the bike and getting some more races in. I also think he has a higher ceiling than any of the guys being discussed and he’s always answered the call. When he came back at Millville Lewis asked if he’d be in and he said he wanted to see how things went but would basically have to be in if needed. Has he backtracked on that statement? Big Tomac fan here so I’m definitely biased but I can’t see why he isn’t even being considered unless he’s already turned it down.

He also said that he would race MXoN if needed, but wanted to see how racing goes, meaning he wasn't sure if he's ready.

Marchbanks is not going because Factory Kawi said they couldn't get the bikes ready and shipped in time.  I'm glad the AMA invited him.  He's earned it.  I'm bummed they couldn't make it work.  I get the feeling he would've been so stoked to represent!
