With his overall win, that makes him automatically eligible to race the SMX playoff series. The first two races clash with the MXGP schedule but do you think he could be sweet talked into racing the final round since the GP’s series will be complete? Perhaps a good practice for SX on a hybrid track without whoops. 🤔
I would love to see it!
Dat kid is like a faster, more sendy version of the cringe lord...
I cannot deny that kid is exciting to watch, but if doesn't learn to settle down he is seriously going to hurt himself. SX is going to be a serious learning curve I'm afraid.....
That was a wild race. Hope he's not hurt too badly. He looks like he was pretty banged up. Sounded like one of the KTM guy's told him to stop talking and not ice his shoulder. A friend of mine crashed and broke his collarbone at Southwick as an 85cc rider. And still finished and it was the first moto win he got. It would suck for him to be injured and impact the MX2 championship.
best case is a broken collarbone. plating it means he can be back out in a week or two (he risks things with the hardware but still)
if its a seperation, or something with tendons then thats much worse and he'll have shoulder problems for years

On the post race show they had audio of him after the race yelling something like “I broke my collar bone!” Oof.
I think they’ll stay in Europe and concentrate on winning MXdN for Belgium.
More than likely
