The reality is that only a healthy Tomac or J Coop would threaten the top group. Sexton as he currently exists would not be in that top group and the rest can threaten the top 10 and raise the compete level providing more depth, but not depth at the top especially when you add a Coenen in the mix.

Sexton was top 5 in half the motos he raced this year. Bad for sexton is still a good day for all but a handful of guys out there.

Now that’s impressive from Davies. They showed sacha absolutely barking on his lap in q2 and Davies was over a second faster still!?

I think you missed the topic, it was about most of the top 10 being people from outside the US, not who can compete for the win.

Jett and Deegan set the bar very high in the 250 class obviously and I know, different kind of competition and all that. But so far he's surpassing every of their stats when we compare where they were at that time in their careers. I didn't expect him to improve so quickly in MX aswell. Impressive stuff

Or in Wi.  A ton of sand tracks only 2 are clay  , loam now.  He would freak if he rode Dyracuse 700 acre park.  Deep sand through the hilly woods, easy sx track was super dry  2 weeks ago.  Hard edges under the deep sand.  I collapsed my lung , broke 7 ribs on my backside & blew my shoulder out.  Rib pain is real bad yet. .  Last summer a Florida pro trained there for the nationals.  Killer lakes in the area too, what beats hitting the lake to clean up after riding, beautiful tanned women everywhere.

In the last Lawrence video at least they showed a close up of his foot. That scar and swelling looked rough. It doesn't make sense how he's still battling for wins imo.

So true, he is quietly beating what those guys did and it’s cool to watch. He isn’t the headliner those guys were and still are but yet he is doing better at this point.

I mentioned Sandy Oaks for the nostalgia because it was a AMA National at one point in time.

Katie is by far the worst.

Haley Shanley and Will have so much more knowledge about the sport and overall intelligence.

Katie is like a dear in the headlights who can barely get through a sentence without stumbling over her words.

I have no idea why they haven’t brought on Haley for the outdoors.

I usually don’t care but the amount of time Katie gets on air really  is starting to be annoying during the motos.

Yeah his trajectory is scary. Jett was younger but he had a single podium in his first full outdoor season. Cole is sitting at 3 podiums and 2 wins with 6 races to go.

Damn, these guys had no clue prado was fastest until after the session.  What are they even looking at?

Go look at photos of GP sand races. Even their tracks that aren't deep bottomless sand.

Southwick just doesn't look very sandy and rough by comparison
