Not true. David was a big crasher in the early days prior to Honda. Could have been pushing bikes beyond their limit.

But in all seriousness, love him or hate him....he was the pioneer to all this "perfect form" rhetoric. Not so much during his riding days, but I think he knows his stuff (albeit a bit weird) LOL

Has anybody ever figured out what "Unlocking your hips" is?

As far as I can figure its getting in a stance similar to what you would be in if you had to take a poop outdoors and didn't want it to hit the back of your heels.

It’s the posture of a proper deadlift
