Yes it is.

Just before it, things were getting  'willing' between them - but it was nothing but hard racing, as that was.  Though, a few here might just bring out "cross jumping' on Lucas, where it was just the line out of the corner, and him getting air out of it.

Perhaps Lucas is getting a bit of an attitude that he's The Man, and thus untouchable? It happens sometimes when riders ascend.

He's a Magnificent rider, and, I don't doubt, will gain more Titles ( so long as he doesn't axe himself  -  in SX especially next year), but he can't expect his rivals to Not Race him.

Cripes, many riders would have put him on his arse in that corner, especially US SX competitors.

To quote the Commentators  - Malin and JT$ ( a Great Team ! ) -  JT : "That Was Well Executed" , then Malin : "That Was Perfectly Executed".

That was as polite as a block pass can be.

😁I kept it culturally relevant, the vast majority on here won't know about Mark and Lard.

Coenen is an animal, I can’t see Herlings getting anywhere close to him.

You were saying? 😂

What an awesome weekend of racing. Farres dominated! Jeff & Lucas were having amazing battles and finally one of them passed the other which really hasn’t happened this season. What a clean pass it was as well while removing the line. As the commentators said, perfectly executed.

At least, not any more.

😉

Oh well, that was just family business...

Correct! 🤣 I don't know any other examples of overly dirty racing. That definitely was a family business and it shows that if someone get's dirty to him, he will retaliate just as hard. To be honest I don't know any other takeouts he did since then. And this was 14 years ago.

In MXGP overall, the racing is clean. De Wolf for example, did put Laengefelder on the ground last year in Australia, but Simon did the exact same thing a year before in Turkey. Are there any rivalries in the GP's at the moment?

Jeffrey wasn't very civil to Mrs Lawrence.

😂

The whole story was both stupid and (if you're not involved) rather hilarious.

That's gonna be a fairly niche corner of the beer tent 🤣

Yeah I was just being a smart arse,  certainly did look like that in the first moto. So good to see that Jeffery can still do that against the new phenom.

I will say, Jeffrey's willingness to take it to Lucas, has been impressive, i feel that with a better start in race 1 it could have been a points back scenario this weekend.

It is a long way from over.

Lucas really wasn't upset with that pass, was he? It was so soft.

With Lucas and Crascha heading stateside I'm guessing they are going to hate everything MXGP.
