Which Tomac will show up is the real question

Tomac won 4 Rounds this year, so far. Can we at least let him do his thing? He's at the end of his career. He's old school and private. Doesn't say much to the media or the Podcasters. I know guys like Weege, Lewis, Matthes etc love verbally pissing on Eli as much as they can because he's quiet and doesn't give them anything but that's just him. Asking which Tomac shows up is completely belittling to one of the best of the Sport. There's always more to it.

No, AC and JB or anyone asking is not unfair. But as we have seen its just speculation. Lewis, Weege and Matthes like to spread a narrative and that's fine. They are trying to entertain a sector of the sport. Tomac doesn't care or is unaware and is just a private guy. Maybe he was sick during a mid-season slump. Maybe he went the wrong way in his set up on some those odd mains and had to ride at 70% because he's smarter from getting injured in the past. Or he's injured or that scoop burned him in a few of those mains. Who knows. He just does what he does over the years, and it's been a pretty incredible career.
Hopefully he is healthy, wins and laps the field!
