Only $10 for all 2026 SX, MX, and SMX series.
As soon as they move to 250 they start at latest, so between 14-16. You think they all ride SX first time they get pro license? 😄
Most have access to someone with private SX tracks.
We could go all day on the Kawasaki chassis from 03 on, but James Stuart still won on that 250. No one can say if it’s the ‘24 chassis, and word is that Febvre was on the production chassis when he won. So what everyone is trying to say is that Chase can’t win or even race, because the bike and management are just too much and are holding him back too much. I’m just not buying it.
It's not just Chase. It's Chase, Prado, Seewer, Paul's Jonass. Elite riders all capable of doing way better.
Seewer said the bike turns like a oil tanker. Chase has said he has to ride outside lines because can't get to the inside, and around the bumps due to chassi/suspension.
That chassi seems to work for people with a specific riding style like Febvre and Anderson. AC and Anderson has told they where also struggling with chassi before they left kawi.
You have to be a pretty big kawi-fan at this point to not see there is something wrong with team and bike.
Oh my gosh, the panic. The bike is un-rideable, oh my gosh, what are we gonna do? Lol

Tomac won 4 of his titles on one and the majority or his race wins came on one. 🤷♀️
And left because the team wasn't willing to go the distance for them regarding bike development.
Now it seems like they are finally doing something, but hard work doesn't automatically result in great results if you're lost and not competent enough to turn around the project.
And he was instantly significantly better on the Yamaha.
That was MX, not SX. Febvre has won races on bent bars, he's a different rider. We'll find out how the MX comparison holds in a month or so.
He has won and is racing. What most are saying is that he is not a consistent podium finisher now but was expected to be in the championship hunt this year and is miles away from where he was on Honda or KTM, for which he won championships. If you accept that Chase has been successful on the other brands, you have to question why he isn't now. TLDR - it's the team/bike.
Jett struggled with setup on new bike too.... they got it figured out and he was fine. No reason to think he's incapable of prolonged struggles if they can't get it figured out or the platform is garbage though. Has coenen ever ridden SX?

Did Steve say that JT had reported that Chase was already not speaking to certain people at Kawasaki?
I did hear it & that was weeks ago. But it didn’t get discussed further.
Is it true?
Chase is the Axl Rose of moto
How is the bike great with a 250 engine bolted in but a mystery to figure out with a 450 engine?
What's the 250 won? Everyone who rides it can't stay off the ground.
Bingo
Maybe they screwed up the chassi trying to make one chassi for both 250 and 450. It looks quiet empty with the 250 engine in there.
Really? He won 62 races in 179 starts (35%). And won 4/12 450 championships on kawi.
Yamaha he has won 21/84 (25%) and won 2 out of 8 championships.
I wouldn't say that indicates he has been "way" better on the Yamaha. It did seem to give him a resurgence moving teams and changing scenery and probably helped to extend his career though.
Sure if numbers tell the story. Did you watch 2022…
Pit Row
It wasn't even on the same chassi. Still it has the same characteristics as when RV was there. At least that is what the factory riders are saying.
Tell us you don’t have much riding experience without telling us you don’t have much riding experience..
He was awesome on that ‘22 Yamaha, but he’s been worse on the new Yamaha outdoors than he ever was on the Kawi.
Agreed. New Yamaha wasn’t an outdoor bike but Eli was also injury after injury by then too
They said the exact same thing about the Yam 450 until Star got hired to run the team….
I’ve got 40 years of experience thanks. Obviously the engine does make a difference. I just have a hard time believing it’s night and day.
Breaking news: Kawis dont turn as well as Suzukis Or Hondas lol.
It’s not a dark mystery anymore, as Prado brought it to light. The bike is to ridged, also Kawi didnt let Prado try PC Parts on his bike either even tho Kawi said they were trying anything and everything for Prado, but they sure let Sexton try PC parts and suspension. Tomac left for the some reason, Kawi doesn’t let riders steer to far from certain things/parts or settings. Tomac goes to Star and let him test and use what he wants and goes out and wins the supercross and outdoor championships his first year on the Yamaha.
Febvre is not on a production frame lol he’s an elite rider on a factory team, MXGP rules are different than AMA when it comes to bikes, MXGP teams can modify the frames, AMA doesn’t allow that. We’ve known Sexton is a head case, and reading between the lines of former Factory Kawi riders, the bike isnt that great and Kawi doesn’t let riders go to far with certain things and settings. Look at AC’s career with Kawi is another example. You won’t hear him bad mouth the bike tho cause he’s loyal to Kawi tho, I bet his career woulda been better off switching brands when he went to the 450 class but we will never know I guess.
Last year he was on a production frame and swing arm when he won the MXGP Championship.
If you followed the sport you would know that.

I’ve seen interviews claiming the opposite. I suspect they were told to congirm it was a productionframe to minimize the negative pr from the US. They don’t exactly have to be truthful, and they are working for the same brand
They also say Chase’s engine is stock…so I don’t know man….
